Flameleaf is a very aloof cat. He can be brutally honest and bitting with his words, but he cares deeply for his clan. He is a no nonsense cat and prefers getting straight to the point in a conversation. He cannot stand cats who pity themselves, whine or complain. However, he does have a soft side for kits especially when they are in need of his services. He is protective of his clan and friends and is fairly strict about the warrior code. With strangers he is distant but cordial. He values alliances and the ability to learn from others, though would rather not get too close to them. With his friends he tends to be a bit softer. He can be a smooth talker when he wants to be and at times could even be considered charming, but this side is rarely shown to those outside of his friends. He has a fear of abandonment and so doesn't let himself easily get close to others. Deep down he cares too much for those around him, its one of the qualities that led him to be a Medicine Cat.
