Cinder was named by her mother for her charcoal colored coat. Her dark spotting on the pale background looked like she had been rolling in cinders. Being the eldest of her siblings when she came of age she received the name Cinderstar and took her place as Heir to GraniteClan.When Nightsun lost his last life Cinderstar became the next Queen of GraniteClan and took the name Cindermoon.
