Clan Character: GraniteClan cat are known to be courageous and mysterious. They are quick to stand up for what they believe is right, but slow to trust outsiders. They tend to keep to themselves and can come off as aloof to other clans. Due to their distance many view their nature as unpredictable. In times of peace they are a quiet and respectful neighbor who will lend aid if called upon. In battle these cats are fierce, cunning, and loyal to a fault. They will not leave a clanmate behind and wont back down from a challenge.

Predators: Common predators include coyotes, foxes, dogs, and twolegs. Hawks are a danger to small cats or kits and occasionally bobcats are known to hunt in the area.

Prey: Woodrats, voles, squirrels, occasionally a rabbit, as well as birds such as sparrows, starlings, jays and thrushes. Rarely bats, fish or amphibians are sought out for prey.

Hunting Style: Excellent stalking technique and are best at moving silently through the underbrush upwind of their prey. Tend to hunt best in lower light such as dawn or dusk. Very agile cats they also can hunt in the lower branches of trees. Also excellent at moving through and hunting in snow during the Leafbare months.
